2 Quick Tips on Getting a Handle on Meal Portions

I have been experimenting on myself for the past 6 weeks. I decided I wanted to break one of my bad health habits, and that is, not properly controlling proportions, which is attributed to getting the munchies.
Here is what is currently working:
Snacking on healthy snacks throughout the day instead of having 3 big meals.
Completely replacing dinner with fresh home-made juice. Papaya juice, which is great for the digestive system, seems to be doing the trick. I blend papaya, with only ice and honey as a sweetener. It's delicious and thick and makes me feel full. I can go to bed without feeling like I am starving myself.
