EASY NEW YEAR FULL BODY DETOX
The holidays are over. We all ate and drank to our hearts content, with family and friends. And it was worth every second.
However, getting all the gunk out of your system is a must, if you want to maintain a healthy lifestyle, and especially get the body and mind back into shape for work.
Follow these two very easy steps for the next month:
Step 1: Drink lots of water. Cut out soda, coffee etc anything that has sugar. If you must sweeten anything, use honey.
Step 2: Take a 15 minute walk (not run), 5 days out of the week. I recommend Monday to Friday. And get a lot of rest on the weekend.
Follow this step for a month, and you will have detoxed all the gunk build up from the holidays and you will be supercharged and motivated to keep going with more healthy eating and exercise habits for the year.
Go ahead. Give it a try. It worked for me. Why? Pushing your body too hard in the gym, for example, right after new years, will lead to a very quick burn out, physically and mentally, and lactic acid build up (when all your muscles hurt and burn like hell). With my recommended method, you are priming your body, and after a month, your body will be ready for more, instead of being burnt out.
