Boost Your Energy Before a Workout

If you had a long day at work and having a hard time feeling motivated to go the gym or exercising at home, here is what I normally do. Maybe it can help you too.
Take a 10 minute nap. No more.
Drink 4 moringa tablet with a vitamin D tablet.
Wash down with 8 ounces of water and 8 ounces of sugar cane juice.
This gives the most natural energy boost I ever had.
