KILL BAD EATING HABITS
Eating unhealthy is a habit and like any habit, it can be broken and replaced with a good habit. The key to replacing one habit with another, is time and perseverance. Don't focus on perfection, if you do, each slip you make will make you feel like you have failed, and will cause you to slip back into your old habits.
Eating healthy for example, is as simple as replacing a soda with fresh juice or water at meal time. As simple as walking to the corner store instead of driving.
Break down each goal into smaller more doable goals. If you want to lose 10 lbs, focus on your first 2 pounds, logic dictates that whatever you did to lose that first 2 pounds will help you lose 2 more and so on.
